Coaching services are provided both to teams and senior leaders not only as continuation of training and workshops, but also as a means to increase engagement and sustain change programs. While the coaching offered to teams is focused mainly on step by step guidance through the implementation projects, coaching of senior leaders is focused on the critical aspects of leadership and cultural change.
Senior leadership has been identified by many authors as the missing link for Operational Excellence. It is ultimately their practices and behaviors that determine the success of such a transformation, and therefore it is imperative to refocus our mindset as senior leaders. Although this is a topic that is covered in the Leader Standard Work workshop, many senior leaders find it more convenient dealing with it in custom one-to-one coaching sessions.
